Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Ritu Health, Inc. (“Anjini,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Anjini mobile app and related services (the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Important: Anjini is not medical advice
Anjini is a wellness and self-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Content and AI-generated guidance (including nutrition, cycle, fertility, and lifestyle information) are for general informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health, diet, medications, fertility, or any medical condition. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read or received in the app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
Anjini does not create a doctor–patient relationship and is not a medical device.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Anjini, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You can begin using Anjini anonymously and later create an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@anjini.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Health disclaimer
In addition to the notice above, you acknowledge that your use of any health, nutrition, cycle, or fertility information in the Service is at your own discretion and risk, and that outcomes vary from person to person. Anjini is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Anjini offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (“Anjini Prime” or similar) that unlock premium features.
- Purchases are made through and processed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) and are subject to that store’s terms.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled according to the app store’s policies.
- Prices and plan features may change; we will give notice where required, and changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.
- Any free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its data.
- Scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our permission.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or that you do not have the right to share.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to Anjini (such as logs, notes, and meal photos — “Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including syncing, backup, and generating the features you request). You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to it.
7. AI features
Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate responses, analysis, and suggestions. AI output is probabilistic and may be wrong, incomplete, or not suited to your situation. You should independently verify important information and, for anything health-related, consult a professional. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks (other than Your Content), is owned by Ritu Health, Inc. or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example hosting, storage, AI, billing, and email). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content outside our control, including external websites the app may link to.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses you granted for existing backups, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any result or information will be accurate or reliable.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritu Health, Inc. and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ritu Health, Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
